Have you ever written affirmations out about 1000 times until your hand feels like it’s going to fall off or maybe you visualize your dreams so much that it hurts your brain?
Don’t get me wrong, I love both affirmations and visualization tools, but they are just that… tools. They are not what is going to manifest your wildest desires. Let me tell you what you gotta do to manifest anything you desire. We are busy beings and we don’t have a moment to spare. I am not going to waste your time with fluff. Let’s get right down to business.
The easiest way to manifest anything you desire is through appreciation, feeling your feelings and taking aligned action. Let’s dive into each one of these steps.
Step One: Appreciation
Appreciation is one of the highest vibrations. It’s one of the quickest ways to become in alignment with your desires.
You might think to yourself, “I say thank you for things.” Sure, you may say thank you but do you truly mean it? Do you really feel appreciation for the things you have?
That pesky electric bill that comes every month or every time you fill up your car, do you think to yourself “oh great, there goes another $100,” or “Ugh why is this so expensive?”
This is complaining, not appreciation. I understand that sometimes it can be really hard to feel appreciation when you feel like you are drowning in debt, or that $100 was the last to your name. I’ve been there!
This is where I blocked myself from manifesting more. I didn’t appreciate the things I already had or the service that was provided to me. When you are in a moment of despair could you remind yourself of all the amazing things you get to experience from those bills? Can you show appreciation for when that electric bill comes in, because you do have lights in your house or maybe the $100 you spent on gas to fill up your car to get around?
You may be quick to get angry or mad at the fact that you have bills but don’t you realize how much you have because of those services that are provided. Or even better yet appreciate yourself because with you purchasing those services, you get to pay for someone else to eat or fulfill their dreams just by paying your bills.
So all those pesky things that’ll drive you crazy, how can you feel appreciation for them now to allow yourself to raise your vibration and start becoming a vibrational match to your desires.
Step Two: Feeling your Feelings
Now this point is the MOST important part of manifestation, which a lot of people try to skip over. But not YOU! You are going to take what I teach you here and run with it.
A lot of what you see on social media when it comes to Manifestation is a lot of “be positive” or “only have positive thoughts.” Which is great, if you weren’t human. You are a human being, having a human experience which means there is a wide range of emotions and feelings to be had.
The fastest way to your desires is feeling into your feelings. What does that mean? Learn to listen to your emotions. They are telling you something. They are your indicators of what you are manifesting in this moment.
This doesn’t mean if you are having a negative emotion that you are going to manifest a negative event, circumstance or person instantly. If you are having a negative feeling or emotion it means that you are disconnected to your Higher Self.
Your Higher Self knows everything you desire and how to get there. When you are not aligned with your Higher Self, you feel these negative emotions. It’s telling you that you are not following your heart’s desire.
So what do you do when you have a negative emotion and you’re not listening to your Higher Self? Slow down for a moment, become aware of this emotion and ask yourself “what is this feeling trying to tell me?”
Maybe you are feeling angry, because no matter what you do you can’t seem to attract clients. Your emotion might be telling you that you are trying to force something that you don’t truly value, which is why you feel like no one is buying from you. Because you are trying to do or be something you are not.
Don’t try to suppress your emotions because that’s what it can feel like all hell has broken loose. Lean into those emotions. Let them come in, ask yourself “What is this emotion trying to tell me?” OR “What do I really want when this emotion is happening?”
Step Three: Aligned Action
This is the final step in Manifestation, but I don’t want you to get confused and believe it is the most important step of the Manifestation process.
A lot of people get stuck in the hustle and grind. They feel like if they aren’t constantly moving they are falling behind. That’s just a made up story we’ve heard for so long that our subconscious believes it’s true. I am here to tell you, it’s not or it doesn’t have to be.
Aligned action doesn’t necessarily mean moving, hustling or even striving for something. Aligned action is all about taking action that feels good to you at any moment. Now don’t mistake that you have to only feel amazing to take aligned action. Aligned action can feel scary or uncomfortable at times too.
It means deep down inside of you, you know this is the right action to take in this MOMENT. There may be moments where you FEEL like working your ass off and it feels so good to you. But there also may be moments where you might FEEL like taking a nap. It doesn’t have to make sense to other people, it just has to make sense to you.
You must check in with yourself, allow your higher self to guide you and then take aligned action from there. Understand that you feel your way to action.
You can still choose to force your manifestations, but wouldn’t it be a lot more fun to show appreciation, use your emotions as guidance and take actions that feel good? Manifesting doesn’t have to be hard when you follow these three simple steps.
